Luke Miller started SolarHut, LLC in 2008 turning his environmental passion into a green energy business. He started in the industry at one of Sacramento's oldest solar contractors for many years and decided to start his own business in the Sierra Nevada Foothills.
SolarHut's first installation was at the height of the recession. SolarHut turned from a 2 man crew to over 9 individuals with a desire to keep it small and stable.

LUKE MILLER

MEGHAN STIMMLER
SALES MANAGER
Meghan Stimmler is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy and sustainability sector. Her journey into the world of solar energy began as an intern while pursuing an Environmental Science Degree at California State University, Sacramento, back in 2012, courtesy of her father's pioneering solar company, SolarHut. Throughout her career, Meghan has held various roles at SolarHut, progressing from an intern to the position of Sales Director. This trajectory has provided her with invaluable insights into the challenges and strengths of the solar industry, particularly within the realm of small businesses. Notably, SolarHut received prestigious accolades during Meghan's tenure, including multiple El Dorado County Best Solar Company awards and two SunPower Regional Intelegant Awards.
Beyond her responsibilities at SolarHut, Meghan serves on the Board of Directors for the California Solar and Storage Association. She is deeply committed to advocacy and policy efforts, representing the interests of the solar industry at influential governmental bodies such as the California Legislature, the California State Contractors Board, and the California Public Utilities Commission.

Three decades ago, Ben Feusi embarked on his journey into renewable energy with a modest project: a solar-powered Lego car crafted for his 5th-grade science exhibit. During the 2000 energy crisis he responded to the urgent call for sustainable solutions by installing his inaugural photovoltaic solar system equipped with battery backup.
Since childhood, Ben's fascination with renewable energy has only deepened, propelling him towards a lifelong commitment to its advancement. Twelve years ago, he found his profession at SolarHut, where his unwavering dedication to this cause found resonance.
In pursuit of excellence, Ben has acquired certifications and training from esteemed institutions such as NABCEP, Tesla, Sunpower, Enphase, Solaredge, FranklinWH, LG, Generac, and more. His expertise extends beyond theoretical knowledge; he has installed countless products from leading manufacturers like Trace, Magnasine, Outback, Midnite, Sunny Boy, Fronius, Power One, Solectria, Vision, Deka, Trojan, and others.
The complex interplay between energy production, consumption, and distribution in California presents a perpetual challenge. However, at SolarHut, Ben and his team relish the opportunity to innovate and devise effective solutions for their clientele, driven by their collective passion for sustainability and customer service.
RICH STUART
SOLAR INSTALLER
Rich Stuart is a NABCEP Certified PV Installation Professional with over ten years’ experience in theindustry. Originally from Long Island, Rich started his solar career in sunny San Diego, working on residential, commercial and government installs. When life (and his future wife) took him to Washington, D.C., he added historic row houses and net-zero energy buildings to his installation portfolio. Rich joined SolarHut immediately upon his welcomed move back to the West Coast in 2015 and is proud to call El Dorado and surrounding counties home.
SHEA SIGNOR-CLARK
CERTIFIED INSTALLER
Shea Signor-Clark has been a part of the Solar Industry since 2019 and joined SolarHut in 2021. Shea has received training to install a variety of products including Rooftop and Ground Mounted PV systems. Throughout his career, Shea has acquired a vast knowledge and a portfolio of certifications and accreditations from various manufacturers in the renewable energy industry, including Tesla, Enphase, Sol-Ark, SolarEdge, SunPower, LG, Franklin WH, IronRidge, and more. Shea is dedicated to maintaining quality workmanship on every project he is involved in to ensure customer satisfaction.

Spencer Wulfert embarked on his journey in the renewable energy sector in July 2019 with SolarHut, driven by a deep-seated passion for fostering a sustainable future and a genuine love for the hands-on aspect of the work. Over the course of his career, he has diligently cultivated a comprehensive understanding of the industry, augmented by a diverse array of certifications and accreditations from esteemed manufacturers such as Tesla, Enphase, Sol-Ark, SolarEdge, SunPower, LG, Franklin WH, IronRidge, and more.
His immersion in the realm of electricity within this field has kindled a profound fascination, and he derives immense fulfillment from conquering intricate projects. Spencer's overarching objective is to aid property owners in their transition to renewable energy sources, thereby diminishing their reliance on conventional utility providers.
